Terms of Service
By submitting an inquiry form the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges they have read this page in its entirety. “The customer” refers to the person submitting the inquiry form.
Inquiry
- The customer must be at least 18 years old to order a product.
- Otterhead Dog Co retains the right to deny an inquiry.
- Otterhead Dog Co will not copy any design from another artist or shop. All designs will be original to Otterhead Dog Co.
- If at any time the customer has an issue with the service they will reach out to Otterhead Dog Co and try to resolve it.
- Products should not remain on the customer’s dog unsupervised. Otterhead Dog Co is not responsible for damage related to misuse of the product.
Payment, Fees, and Cancellations
- Otterhead Dog Co is only able to accept payments made with USD.
- Additional fees may apply to the order depending on the difficulty factors of the provided inspiration information by the customer.
- During the working process Otterhead Dog Co may cancel the work and refund the customer’s full amount paid with a valid reason.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the work before completion a partial refund on an individual basis will be given to the customer. The more work that has been completed on the product the less refund the customer will receive back.
- If the customer cancels their order while the order is being worked on the product may be altered and sold to a third party by Otterhead Dog Co.
- If the customer wishes to sell the product made by Otterhead Dog Co they agree to not sell it for more than the amount they purchased it for.
Progress and Turnaround
- Depending on the product type the estimated turnaround ranges from 2 to 8 weeks.
- Progress reports may be given periodically by Otterhead Dog Co and the customer acknowledges they are not entitled to receive progress reports from Otterhead Dog Co.
- All designs once tooled onto the product will not be altered upon request of the customer.
