- I live outside of the US, can I order something from your shop?
No, at this time I am only able to ship inside the United States.
- Can you make me a custom order?
Fully custom orders are unavailable, however semi custom orders are run as limited offers. With a semi custom order the customer gives me a range of ideas to work from and the end product is sent out.
- How do I measure my dog for an order?
For collars it is wise to measure the lower middle section of your dog’s neck as that is where the collar should lay.
- Can I suggest design ideas for items to be made?
Yes, though please note it is not a custom order and it is not reserved for your purchase.
- Can I get my dog’s name tooled onto my order?
Yes! The option for this is on the product page that you are looking to purchase.
- What materials do you use to make orders?
I use top quality veg tan leather, dyes and paints, and more! If you are interested in my process please message me and I am happy to go over it.
- When will items be restocked?
Depending on if the collar is a part of a limited run series, certain designs will be restocked monthly.
- Is each item made to order?
Semi custom orders are made to order, general stock is not.
- Can you remake this design for me?
If it is a design I have made previously there’s a good chance I will replicate it for another order. However, if it is a design from a semi custom, limited run, or another artist I will not directly copy it.
- My collar looks like there may be wear after use, what do I do?
